The Binh Duong market management department busted the facility in the province's Tan Vinh Hiep Ward in Tan Uyen Town on Saturday.
The facility was rented by Pham Thi Thanh Ngoc, 32, the Vietnam Directorate of Market Surveillance announced Tuesday.
Besides the used condoms weighing 360 kilos in total, inspectors also found thousands of condoms that had been packed and readied for sale, without brand names.

Ngoc said around once a month, "somebody" delivered thousands of used condoms to her.
Her job was to clean, dry and sort the condoms before making them look fresh again for new customers.
More details about the illegal operation were not released. Authorities are investigating the case further.
