"Starting midnight on August 19, food and beverage places must arrange seats at least a meter from each other, partitions are encouraged.Employees must wear masks and take the temperature of customers," Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Ngo Van Quy said at a meeting on Covid-19 prevention on Monday.
He said the beer bar is a crowded place with many potential risks of infection.
